EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your garment in any way you may do an exchange or refund. The garment must be unwashed, unworn and shipped with tracking information. Merchandise must be exchanged in its original condition. Items must be sent back to Simone Vanessa within 3-5 business days Your refund will be processed once the item is received. The customer is responsible for return shipping and shipping charges will not be refunded. Custom orders (i.e. alterations made by our company) are FINAL SALE. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

International orders (this includes orders from the USA) may be delayed at customs and customers may be charged duties upon delivery.

ORDERS AND INQUIRIES

All orders and inquiries made on holidays or on weekends will be processed on the following business day. All items are made to order (cut and sewn when an order is made). Please allow 2-4 weeks for construction before the shipment of an order. Please refer to each individual product listing for construction times.
